GAME PASS ULTIMATE MEMBERS ARE BEING INVITED TO BETA TEST
O Xbox started inviting members of the Game Pass Ultimate for a beta of cloud gaming for Windows 10 PCs and Android devices via web browsers.
Invitations will be sent to subscribers located in 22 countries, who will be able to play over 100 Xbox games supported across browsers Edge, Google Chrome ou Safari.
Those who receive an invite will need a controller that supports Bluetooth or USB, or they can use custom touch controls for around 50 of the supported games.
“In the early stages of the beta, we will be focusing on fine-tuning features and creating a consistent experience across all platforms, while ensuring that games are running at their best,” said Catherine Gluckstein, Head of XCloud Project .Read also

“Limited beta is our turn to test and learn; We will continually send more invites to players in all 22 supported countries, measure feedback, continue to improve the experience, and add support for more devices.
“Our plan is to iterate quickly and open up to all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members in the coming months so that more people have the opportunity to play Xbox in entirely new ways.”
Currently, over 200 cloud-enabled Xbox games can be played using mobile devices. Android and a compatible controller, with an increasing number of titles also supporting touch controls.
Cloud gaming with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate are currently available in 21 countries in North America and Europe, in addition to South Korea.
It is also being tested in Australia, Spain, Japan and Mexico ahead of its full rollout in those markets later this year.
Xbox boss Phil Spencer said the company is working on bringing Xbox Game Pass streaming to consoles as well.
