Em Wild rift Diana is a melee mage with the ability to dive into the enemy team and destroy everyone in her way. She's the next champion we're going to take a look at. While she's not a typical Mage, she's definitely as powerful as one. Diana has a lot of burst damage, but plenty of sustain as well, as her shield allows her to play aggressively, even outside of negotiations.

When playing Diana, your main objective is to enter and assassinate enemies. To be viable, you need to get your Skill 1, because that's when the magic happens. Hitting your skill 1 will allow you to run to the target (because they are marked) and trade with them. Let's take a look at your complete kit so you understand exactly what I'm talking about.

Before we start, I'll mention one thing: Diana is not easy to master. It can be pretty easy to understand, but really understanding how it works and how you can take a shot at your opponents will take time. 

There are millions of ways to combine her Skill 1 with the rest of the kit to beat your opponents, but it will take a long time to learn them all. So, let's give you some basic tips on how to understand it.


Moon Silver Blade (Passive)

Every third hit slashes nearby enemies to deal additional magic damage. After casting a spell, Diana gains attack speed for her next 3 attacks.

Crescent Strike (skill 1)

Unleashes a beam of moon energy in an arc that deals magic damage. Affects enemies hit by Moonlight, revealing them if not Stealthed for 3 seconds.

Pale Cascade (skill 2)

Diana creates three spheres in orbit that detonate on contact with enemies to deal damage in an area. She also gains a temporary shield that absorbs damage. If your third sphere detonates, the shield gains additional strength.

Lunar Rush (skill 3)

Becomes the living embodiment of the vengeful moon, lunging at an enemy and dealing magic damage. Lunar Rush has no cooldown when used to hit an enemy affected by Moonlight. All other enemies will have the Moonlight debuff removed, regardless of whether they are targeted by Lunar Rush.

Moonfall (Skill 4 / Ultimate)

Diana reveals and attracts all nearby enemies and slows them down. If Diana pulls one or more enemy champions, moonlight will fall on her after a short delay, dealing magic damage in an area around her, increased for each target beyond the first pulled.

How to match like Diana

Diana has some combos, but the most important is hit your Skill 1 . Everything else can follow later, as your entire kit is basically based on that. You can set up her engagement or explosion combos depending on the situation, so just make sure you have a basic understanding of her kit first.

Skill 1 -> Skill 3 -> Skill 2 -> Auto attack -> Skill 3 -> keep auto attack (light also if needed)

This is a combo you can pull off once you hit level 3. She can pretty much all-in once she has her first 3 basic skills, which is hard for an opponent to match. If you're fighting a reasonably weak opponent, you can complete this with Ignite to finish anyone off quickly.

In what order to level up skills?

For Diana, you want to max out her Skill 1 first, then continue leveling at Skill 2, and finally Skill 3.  

  • Level 1: skill 1
  • Level 2: skill 2
  • Level 3: skill 3
  • Level 4: skill 1
  • Level 5: skill 4
  • Level 6: skill 1
  • Level 7: Skill 1

Keep leveling Skill 1 until it's maxed out, then focus on Skill 2 and lastly Skill 3. Of course, whenever you can, you want to add 1 point to your (final) Skill 4.

The best summoner spells

Ignite : Ignites target enemy champion, dealing 60-410 true damage (based on level) over 5 seconds and inflicting them with severe wounds. (Grievous Wounds reduces healing effects by 50%).Flash : Teleport a short distance forward or in the desired direction. 


You can also use Conqueror if the enemy team is tanking. For every clash you can go to Electrocute, but otherwise, when you need to fight protracted battles, Conqueror is the way to go. Try them both and decide which one you like best. 


Football boots

Stasis is a great choice because ideally you want to get in as much as possible with Diana, and this is a way to survive longer if you dive too deep. 

Protobelt can also be a decent choice if you want to dive more often.
