While Earth Day isn't typically seen as a major in-game event for Fortnite, longtime players and conservationists can find common ground in the game's new character, Eco, who is both a celebration of nature and, perhaps more, a tribute to the original Fortnite Chapter 1 map.
Echo is the latest, but not the first, fan-designed skin to come into the game. Designed by Twitter user nollobandz, Echo features a computerized mask and body armor made of metal, stone, lava, and even some items exclusive to the game's first map. His right shoulder features the antique Tilted Towers clock tower, while his chest is comprised of a complete Loot Lake replica.
Tomato City is immortalized as Echo's belt buckle, while the volcano, which was once restless northeast of the original Fortnite map, now makes up the majority of Echo's left arm. See if you can find any other references to old-school Fortnite.Read also

Fans have long been clamoring for the old map to return in some form, though they may not have seen it finally being revived in this particular way. Echo is available now in the Fortnite Item Shop for 1.500 V-Bucks and includes the Globee Back Bling.
Both items are part of the new Terra Firma set, which players can complete by purchasing the Devourer's Bane (800 V-Bucks), the new harvesting tool featuring the skull of the defeated monster of the same name.
