We've received a fair amount of news about new experiences coming to the Oculus Quest 2. Unsurprisingly, one of these new titles involves Star Wars .
Because if anything is going to convince people to spend hundreds of dollars for a VR helmet, it's a Star Wars game.
Star Wars: Tales From The Galaxy’s Edge Parte II is being developed by ILMxLAB. It's hard to say how far off the project is, as there wasn't much footage shown during the Oculus Showcase.
However, we've learned that one character in particular will make his video game debut in this VR sequel.
O Doc-Thenr do Den Of Antiquities will soon be streamed to your VR. The character may be best known for his theme park appearance. Galaxy's Edge from Disney, although he has also appeared in the Galaxy's Edge comics.Read also

He is known to sell various illicit goods in his shop and has had some business with Han Solo in the past. Since this title is somewhat based on the theme park attraction, it makes sense that Doc-Ondar be worked on in this virtual reality game.
As for the game itself, there wasn't much information shared during the showcase. This sequel will apparently expand on the original game in some way and will feature two new tales.
Oddly, Dok-Ondar's appearance was the biggest reveal about this game, which could be a sign that he's going to play an important role in your VR adventure. He can give you quests or sell you stuff, since that's what he does at Disneyland.
There was also much more important Star Wars virtual reality news in the form of Star Wars pinball! Yes, baby! Pinball! Star Wars Pinball VR is one thing and it was a big enough deal to include in this game showcase.
This is great news for fans of pinball e Star Wars. As for everyone… Well, it's certainly good news.
No release date has been given for Star War: Tales From The Galaxy's Edge Part II, but it is expected to release later this year.
Until then, we'll all just have to embrace our Dok-Ondar and dream of the day when we see it in glorious virtual reality.
