The fans of Valuing got a quick look at what could very well be the newest agent for the popular tactical FPS game at Summer Games Fest last night. Shortly after the clip aired, Valorant's official Twitter pages were 'hacked' by Killjoy, leaving a number of possible clues to his abilities in his wake.

The opening nine-second fragment of the SGF features a slow pan and zoom of a half-finished robot to its head, connected to multiple wires on a table. Many were quick to point out that the teaser location is in Killjoy's lab.

This was confirmed soon after, as the game's Twitter accounts around the world had their profile picture, name, banner photo, and bio modified by the tech genius.

Although the page's admins have apparently regained control now, Killjoy has left a number of cryptic images behind. This includes a concert selfie , One photo of an Alarmbot being deactivated and a text chat with Brimstone .

While they seem harmless enough, fans have suggested that there are clues to the new agent's abilities. For example, the Alarmbot snap titled “Variable removed. Alarmbot down”, potentially suggests that the new agent will have the power to disable the abilities of other agents. No more Viper goo getting everywhere.

Tradition runs deeper, with some comparing the robot in the teaser to Killjoy's intended original design. That's right, 'Killjoy' should be 'K1LLJ-01' the mechanical soldier . With the recent trailer de Duality revealing the existence of Mirror Earth, these parallels may not be a mere coincidence.

Valorant lore aficionado 'Cynprel' believes the robot in the teaser  could very well be the missing Agent 8, a robot sent to Mirror Earth to fight the Mirror Agents.

With the new agent being teased earlier on the Breeze map, Cynprel says the agent may soon return to Earth via the map's teleporter.

With so many unanswered questions out there, players will likely have to wait until Episode 3 arrives for more information on the new agent. Valuing .
