Epic Games may be working on a new Fortnite crossover, this time featuring Bungie's popular FPS title Destiny.

Fortnite has endless collaborations and just when you think they couldn't surprise you, they work on another game title!

Epic Games has already collaborated with The Marvel movies , Star Wars , Naruto , Ariana Grande and many more. Even other game publishers had their piece of epic pie, bringing in Vi and Jinx from League of Legends, Kratos from God of War, Chris and Jill from Resident Evil, the list goes on!

Other unofficial information is circulating on the internet: Destiny skins could be coming to Fortnite .

    What is Destiny?

Destiny is a first-person shooter for consoles developed by Bungie. The science fantasy story takes place in the post-apocalyptic future about 1.000 years after our time.

At the beginning of the story, the so-called Traveler, a gigantic living spherical machine, arrived in the solar system. In the process, an evil alien force called Darkness and her brood, the Shard, followed the Traveler.

With him followed several other alien races. After the Traveler's arrival on Earth, the Golden Age began. People lived longer, innovative technologies were developed.

However, hostile aliens completely wiped out these colonies and destroyed any human life there. After a great battle on Earth, humanity managed to settle in the last city on Earth with only a fraction of its previous progress. However, the Traveler was wounded and with his last strength, before falling asleep, he created the spirits of light.

They seek out the dead, who are apparently particularly powerful and possess the light, to revive them and bring them as guardians to the tower, a sort of command center for the city.

The guardians set out to retrieve powerful artifacts scattered across the solar system whose abilities will aid humanity in the war. and as there is a war coming to Fortnite in Soon, some Destiny characters may come to Fortnite to protect the island.

Will there be a Destiny x Fortnite crossover?

In a new poll sent to all Fortnite players, the developers ask the following question: "Among the following video game characters, select the ones you've seen or heard of before."

On the suggestion list are Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, The Legend of Zelda and Destiny. The question is clearly aimed at figuring out which of the characters on the list would attract the most eyes if they were added to Fortnite. In fact, Destiny was the only game to feature the following characters four times:

    • Drifter
    • Titan
    • Hive
    • Failsafe

Epic Games published a new survey for Fortnite Battle Royale. One of the questions has some Destiny characters, including Mara Sov, Drifter, and Hive. | #Destiny2 pic.twitter.com/IFoRT5mGY9

It looks like Epic has its eyes on the Bungie shooter. Of course, that doesn't mean a Fortnite x Destiny crossover has been officially confirmed or announced. But we should definitely keep this collaboration in mind. Who knows, maybe we'll get some Destiny skins in Fortnite sooner than we think.
