To always show the touch keyboard button of the Windows 11, we'll need to take a quick trip to Windows Settings. Fortunately, Microsoft offers a shortcut: Right-click on the taskbar and select “Taskbar Settings”.
The Settings app will open under Personalization > Taskbar. Click on the “Taskbar Corner Icons” option to expand the menu.
From the Icons menu in the corner of the taskbar, select the switch next to “Touch Keyboard” to activate it.

If you click or tap the keyboard icon on the taskbar, a virtual keyboard will appear at the bottom of the screen, just above the taskbar.
With a touchscreen, you can tap this keyboard to type in any application – just like you would with a physical keyboard (or you can click with your mouse). You can reposition the keyboard on the screen by touching and dragging the “handle” line at the top center of the keyboard window, just above the soft keys.
When you're done typing and you want to hide the keyboard, tap the “X” button in the upper-right corner of the keyboard window. You can bring it back anytime by tapping the keyboard icon on the taskbar again.
