EXEC TELLS “NON-BELIEVERS TO PAY ATTENTION TO HOW WE CONTINUE TO PUT OUR WORDS INTO ACTION”
An executive from Google rejected suggestions that the Stadia is struggling, claiming the service is “alive and well”.
Developer Marketing Lead, Nate Ahearn, told the GamesIndustry.biz that the platform is doing well, despite reports to the contrary.
“We are well on our way to 100 release of 2021+ new games on Stadia and we continue to make Stadia a great place to play games on devices you already own.” Ahearn.
“I would tell all non-believers to look at how we continue to put our words into action as we grow the Stadia Makers program and partner with AAA studios like Capcom , EA , Square Enix , Ubisoft and others."Read also

The complaint follows a series of high-profile departures from the Stadia team, in part motivated by Google's decision to shut down all of its in-house game development teams to focus on partnering with third-party studios.
They included the former head of Stadia gaming Jade Raymond, which left to form a new studio called Haven .
It was also confirmed earlier this month that John Justice, the former VP and Chief Product Officer of Stadia.
Questioned last week during the ongoing court case Epic vs Apple , the CEO of epic Games , Tim Sweeney, said that the service Google Stadia Has Been “Significantly Reduced” , as he understands it.
