It's surprisingly difficult to figure out where exactly the Last City is at the start of Season of the Splicer em Destiny 2.
Would not be Destiny 2 without some confusing twists and turns, and the newest season comes straight from the gate with a real head scratch. After completing the introductory quest the Season of the Splicer and meet with Mithrax, your guardian will be placed back into orbit and instructed to meet you back in the Last City.
The problem is, it's surprisingly difficult to figure out where exactly the Last City is. If you look at your Director, you won't see any quest indicators showing you where to go, and the quest icon on your quest log won't help much either.
If you're struggling to find where to meet Mithrax, Kell of Light in Last City, here's a quick and easy-to-follow guide that will get you back on the right track.
WHERE YOU WILL FIND 'MITHRAZ' IN THE LAST CITY
The players of Destiny 2 are likely to be very familiar with the Last City. It is the cascading urban area located directly below the Traveler that we guardians look at whenever we visit the Tower.

We've visited the Last City ourselves on several occasions, including during the end of the Red War campaign and most recently during the live event at the end of the Season of Arrivals when the Traveler finally woke up.
The live event launched in the Tower, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd find the icon to launch The Last City is located on the Tower map. It is not, nor is it located on the map EDZ., the closest patrol zone to the Last City, geographically speaking.
Instead, the location for this mission, called Last City: Eliksni Quarters, is a bit obtuse. To find it, just open the HELM map and look in the lower left corner. You will find the Last City icon and can load directly into the quest.
After the conversation of Osiris e Mithrax, feel free to have a look around the area. You will find some audio recordings of Eido and you can learn a lot about Mithrax and your recent graduate House of light.
If you leave, you can return to Eliksni Blocks whenever you want from the map HELMET. There is no doubt that this will be an important location throughout the Season of Splicer, so it's important to know where to find it.
