Alistar is a champion with high defense, crowd control, and utility. His kit allows the champion to front-line fights, start a fight or protect his marksman. Most of the time, we see this character being used in the bottom lane, in the support role.
“A mighty warrior with a fearsome reputation, Alistar seeks revenge for his clan, slain at the hands of the Noxian empire. Despite being enslaved and forced into a gladiatorial life, his indestructible will kept him from becoming a true beast. Now freed from the chains of his former masters, he fights for the downtrodden and disadvantaged, his fury a weapon as powerful as his horns, hooves and fists.”
(Passive) Triumphant Roar: Alistar charges his roar when stuns and displaces enemy champions, or when nearby enemies die. When at full charge, he heals himself and nearby allied champions.
(Q)Spray: Alistar slams the ground, damaging nearby enemies and knocking them into the air.
(W) Headbutt: Alistar hits the enemy with his head, dealing damage and knocking the target back.
(E) Run over: Alistar tramples nearby enemy units, ignoring unit collision and gaining stacks if he damages an enemy champion. The next max stack basic attack against an enemy champion deals bonus magic damage and stuns them.
(R) Indestructible Will: Alistar lets out a wild roar, removing all Crowd Control effects from himself, as well as reducing Physical and Magic Damage for the duration of the effect.

Alistar Tips and Tricks
- To perform a combo with Alistar's abilities, start with (W) Headbutt and then use (Q) Spray before the animation ends.
- Charge (E) Trample before using your combo so you can apply even more crowd control and lessen the chances your opponent will be able to escape
- Activating (R) Indestructible Will removes all crowd control effects Alistar has suffered.
- Applying Alistar's control activates his passive, which allows him to heal his allies.
- Alistar's passive, Roaring Triumphant, automatically activates upon the death of an epic monster, and can only occur twice every 3 seconds.
